The Zezzo House is a three building housing development for families, with a total of eighteen apartments.
The mission of the Zezzo House is to provide safe, decent, affordable housing for lower income families, whose head of household has tested positive for HIV.
The Zezzo House development is jointly sponsored by Warburton Community Church and the Christian Activities Council. The ownership entity is the Zezzo House Corporation, a single asset non-profit structure named after the former director of the Christian Activities Council, the Reverend Joseph Zezzo.
Housing is provided to low income families, whose head of household has tested positive for HIV. The Zezzo House requires the capacity for independent living.
