Program
Liberty Community Services, Inc. operates a 16 bed transitional living program, a 7 bed permanent supportive living program, a 25 bed independent scattered site program, a 22 bed Safe Haven, a 24 bed intensive service scattered site, a day program for 15 individuals, and housing access and referral resource program.

To ensure quality housing and support programs for the under served designed to reduce the impact of poverty and homelessness on each individual and our community.

Background
Liberty Community Services, Inc. (formerly CARP, Inc.) has provided services to persons
living with HIV/AIDS since 1987. In addition to its HIV/AIDS service programs, Liberty Community Services offers a variety of supportive housing and service options focused to meet the changing face of poverty, including programs specifically targeted to those living with mental illness and/or addiction.
