Background
Immaculate’s mission has always focused on men who are most vulnerable to life on the streets of Hartford, including people with HIV/AIDS and those with severe substance use problems and mental health issues. In keeping with mission of the organization, the ICSHC Board of Directors and staff have reframed the goals and work of the organization, approving a business plan that transitions ICSHC from an agency focused primarily on emergency shelter services to a Housing First Model.
