Mission
Recognizing the universal right to live with dignity, respect and self-esteem, the scattered site housing program of Catholic Charities combines case management and housing subsidies for people living with AIDS whose health has been compromised by inappropriate living conditions. Program participants enter into an empowering partnership that encourages the affirmation of life and the preservation of the self-defined family unit.

The total household income must be at 250% or below the federal poverty level. There must be a desire and ability to live independently and a willingness of all household members to cooperate with case managers in: a) identifying issues and needs; b) planning ways to address them; c) engaging in appropriate available community resources.
